What is Ju-Jitsu?
Ju-Jitsu is a self-defence skill that incorporates all areas of fighting (punching, kicking, throwing, locking and ground defence). Originally developed and used by the Japanese Samurai it has evolved over the centuries and is used today in many military / Police forces around the world.  This dynamic and practical martial art is for everyone, male, female, young and old. If a style can only suit a certain person then it has failed.
